Projects

Over the years KSIAir has completed many projects in varying different fields and locations. We now primarily operate around the OC (Orange County) of California. However, if budget allows, we can execute projects at any location.

Here is a sample of some of the projects we were contracted to do, over the years.

Laguna Beach Museum Show
Casework, Wall and Lighting construction for the Adam Neeley Fine Art Jewelry Laguna Beach Art Museum 2024 Spring Show, Modern Alchemy. Over a two year process to design, construct and install the displays for this amazing show. Adam is a multiple awarding winning Jewelry Designer and Manufacturer. The show was a huge success for both Adam's company and the Museum.

Pole Fitness Studio
Turn Key retrofit of a space for a pole fitness studio, located on the southern Oregon coast. The space inside of a large steel frame building was converted to be a teaching room for pole fitness and dance. Included Frame work, installation of four 13ft tall poles, mirror wall, LED lighting, painting and flooring.

Festival Of Arts Booth 2022
New display using an older element. For the 2022 Festival of Arts show in Laguna Beach, we had to create a new display. Utilizing a piece of the previous year's wall, we added some new custom built Vitrines and other elements. This created a stunning backdrop for amazing art jewelry.

Festival Booth
Creating different display booths with cabinetry at art shows. From flat wall panels to elaborate casework and full enclosures. Work includes lighting and power. The art shows are open for two months each summer in Laguna Beach, California. The "Sawdust Festival" booths stay in place for the Christmas show.

Laguna Beach Boutique
Retrofit of space for a high-end Jewelry Boutique relocation. New casework and work benches were built at our workshop, to join the existing casework. The larger space required double the display space. Because of the two tiered area, a partition divider was constructed to hide the office desk and "safe" area.

Laguna Beach Gallery
Retrofit of space for new fine art gallery. Two heavy three dimension mobile walls were constructed to add a break from front to back. A storage room was outfitted with racks for large art piece storage. The work included a color corrected lighting system and hanging display assemblies for the front window.

Audio/Visual Studios
Design, build and outfit of various audio and video recording suites. Much more technical than the usual construction project. Attention to detail is extremely important as the slightest of errors can have major repercussions. Working with one of Europe's premier Studio Design and Build outfits, definitely helps!

Sunroom Addition
Turn Key build of sunroom, which replaced an open wooden deck which had been consumed by foliage and hence started to rot away. The plan was for a screened in porch, but morphed into a beautiful sunroom space that finished off the end of the original building structure. Fully permitted and inspected.

Beverly Hills Boutique
Retrofit of space for a new high-end Jewelry Boutique. With the exception of a partition wall this was mainly cosmetic. All the casework and work benches were built at our workshop, to allow for the space to be renovated. The city required some upgrades to the ADA bathroom and they inspected the space.
